We created this Customer FAQ system to get our time back and make it easier for all builders of any level to duplicate us, without having to duplicate the work.  We believe it can do the same for you.  **Please note that this FAQ was written for the US market, but is easy to edit for any market.

 

This tool is only for private email use, private facebook group or private, password protected area of a website. 

 

You will join our sample FAQ group listed in the document to see how we implement this system into the Guides tab of our private team facebook group so it trains our teams for us! SOOOOO much better than having to say the same things over and over and over! You can also use this content to create email drip campaigns. Please note this is a living breathing system, so you will need to edit as the company or you make changes to your processes. Just update your posts or emails as needed. 

 

*We are not updating the FAQ system at this time. It was just updated a year ago and doTERRA is making daily changes to the website that it's impossible for us to keep up with changes. As always, you will simply edit your posts as you find changes. Hopefully they will finalize website ordering changes once and for all!! xoxo
